Jalna Yoghourt set in its own pot with no additives can now be enjoyed with the benefit of a2 Milk™. Rich in the naturally occurring a2 protein, this yoghourt may provide protection from a range of intolerance responses to cows’ milk proteins and assist digestive wellbeing.
a2 Milk™ used to make Jalna a2 Yoghourt comes from the original breed of cows that naturally produce milk rich in A2 protein. Most dairy milk today contains two main types of protein, A2 and A1. a2 Milk™ contains only A2 protein sourced naturally from selected dairy cows. Originally all dairy cows produced milk containing only A2 protein. The a2 Milk™ used to make Jalna a2 Yoghourt is a pure and natural dairy milk, just as nature intended.
Using a simple and non-invasive DNA test that analyses a sample hair from the tail of each dairy cow, those cows which produce a2 milk are then milked separately to produce pure and natural a2 Milk™ used to make Jalna a2 Yoghourt. (All a2 Milk™ in Jalna Yoghourt comes from Australian herds.)
