Potato & Yoghourt Salad Print E-mail
  • Greek_LowFat_500g.jpgMix together ½ cup Jalna Greek Style Natural Yoghourt (you can also use the Low Fat Jalna Greek Style Natural Yoghourt if you prefer), ¼ cup Jalna Reduced Sour Cream (or light sour cream, if Jalna cream is not available), 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, pinch sugar and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Stir through 1kg cooked small, new potatoes (chats) and serve.
