200g Jalna Greek Style Natural Yoghourt or BioDynamic Organic Yoghourt 200g light sour cream or Jalna Reduced Sour Cream 3 dessert spoonfuls currants 2 dessert spoonfuls slivered almonds 1 heaped dessert spoon golden syrup 2 bananas, chopped 1/2 cup coconut
- Soak 1/3 of the almonds and all the currants in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain.
- Mix together all ingredients except remaining almonds.
- Toast the remaining almonds, sprinkle over the top.
- Raita is an Indian accompaniment to curries. Sufficient for six people.
