Makes 4
2 x 200g tubs Jalna Premium Creamy Vanilla Yoghourt 16 thin Italian sponge finger biscuits 1/2 cup coffee liqueur (eg.Tia Maria or Bailey’s Irish Cream) Dark chocolate shavings
- Place 2 sponge finger biscuits on each plate. Place two more biscuits on top in the opposite direction. Drizzle with liqueur.
- Top with Jalna Premium Creamy Vanilla Yoghourt and dark chocolate shavings.
- Serve with fresh figs or raspberries.
Other serving suggestions: Serve yoghourt in tall glasses, alternating layers of yoghourt, sponge biscuits and dark chocolate shavings. Layers of fresh berries could also be added.
