When it’s cold it is easy to eat without thinking, but as the weather warms up and we start to shed those heavy clothes, suddenly how much we eat takes centre stage. And with the festive season in sight, we seem to be surrounded by too much food and drink, so we’ve put together some tips to help focus on portion control and mini food solutions.
