If baby doesn't like yoghurt
You love yoghurt, are keen to get your baby into the habit of enjoying this nutritious dairy food. But what do you do if they don't seem to like it?
Try and try again
Babies may at first reject the natural flavour of yoghurt, but do persist as research suggests it may take eight or more introductions for a baby to accept a new food. Keep offering small amounts and appreciate that it is a natural reaction for babies to make a funny face or spit out new foods.
Once your baby has the hang of a plain yoghurt, over time try a little yoghurt mixed with pureed iron-rich meat, or banana or grated or stewed apple or pear. Then later try any of the fruit varieties of Jalna whole milk yoghurt.
