- Combine Jalna Vitalize Immune+ with tarragon vinegar, fresh tarragon, crushed garlic and chopped onion. Coat whole fish and marinate 30 minutes. Wrap in baking paper, then foil and bake in moderate oven. (Timing depends on the size of fish.)
- Serve with whole new potatoes topped with a dollop of Tzatziki, made with Jalna Greek Style Yoghourt.
