Chia & Strawberry Acai Layered Pot

Ingredients
- Chia layer
- ¼ cup Jalna Greek yoghurt
Method
- Place, yoghurt, coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla bean seeds & honey, in a bowl. Whisk. In a gentle stream pour in chia seeds whisking to combine. Let sit for a few minutes & whisk again. Put bowl into fridge to allow the chia to set. Whisk again in 20 mins so chia doesn’t clump at bottom.
- After 1-2 hours the chia will be set & is ready to use.
- In a blender blitz the frozen bananas, strawberries & acai powder till smooth & creamy.
- In a jar or glass layer the chia, strawberry acai & yoghurt. Repeat the layers until the jar is full. Garnish with more yoghurt & chopped pistachios.
- Leave in fridge until ready to serve.
