- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
Method
- In a medium jug, mix frozen berries, one banana, Jalna Greek+ Natural Yoghurt, oats, lemon juice and maple syrup with a stick blender until smooth.
- Pour into serving bowls and garnish with slices of banana, nuts, seeds and fresh berries.
