Yoghurt smoothie bowl

Ingredients

1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 bananas
1 cup Jalna Greek+ Natural Yoghurt
½ cup rolled oats
Juice 1 lemon
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp flaked almonds
2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
Mixed berries to serve

Method

In a medium jug, mix frozen berries, one banana, Jalna Greek+ Natural Yoghurt, oats, lemon juice and maple syrup with a stick blender until smooth.
Pour into serving bowls and garnish with slices of banana, nuts, seeds and fresh berries.
