Ingredients
- 1 cup firmly packed chopped kale leaves (about 2 stems, leaves only)
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Add extra apple juice or coconut water for a thinner consistency.
- Note: Other ingredients could also be added or substituted, such as fresh pineapple, kiwifruit, green apple, banana, ginger, flaxseed or chia seeds.
