Nectarine Fruit Flan
- 1 store-bought or home-made pastry case
- Option 1
- Place water in a heatproof cup and sprinkle gelatine over the top. Stand for 5 minutes. Place cup in small saucepan with enough water to come halfway up the cup. Place over a low heat and warm until gelatine has dissolved.
- Remove cup from saucepan and whisk gelatine into Jalna yoghurt. Spread over pastry case and arrange fruit slices on top.
- Option 2
- Combine Jalna yoghurt and custard in a bowl. Spread over pastry case and arrange fruit slices on top.
