Jalna Recipe Nectarine Peach Flan

Ingredients

1 store-bought or home-made pastry case
Tart Filling: Option 1
3-4 nectarines or peaches, thinly sliced
3 teaspoons gelatine
3 tablespoons water
2 ½ cups Jalna Sweet & Creamy Greek Yoghurt
Tart Filling: Option 2
3-4 nectarines or peaches, thinly sliced
1 1/3 cups Jalna Sweet & Creamy Greek Yoghurt
1 1/3 cups store bought thick custard

Method

Option 1
Place water in a heatproof cup and sprinkle gelatine over the top. Stand for 5 minutes. Place cup in small saucepan with enough water to come halfway up the cup. Place over a low heat and warm until gelatine has dissolved.
Remove cup from saucepan and whisk gelatine into Jalna yoghurt. Spread over pastry case and arrange fruit slices on top.
Option 2
Combine Jalna yoghurt and custard in a bowl. Spread over pastry case and arrange fruit slices on top.
